I don't know for aircraft tire but in the following video, they talk about hi-speed test for truck tire (160km/h or 100 mph)

Public invited to the Battle of Britain ceremony in Ottawa

Members of the public are invited to attend the ceremony marking the 76th anniversary of the Battle of Britain at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday, September 18, 2016.

Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) personnel and Veterans will march alongside Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Weather permitting, the ceremony will feature a fly-past of vintage aircraft as well as current Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft.
