AAIB report on the Boeing 787-8 #Dreamliner (G-ZBJB) British Airways involved in an incident (Nose Landing Gear retracted) while parked at LHR on June 18th (via twitter.com/wandrme).

The "remove before flight" pin to prevent accidental retraction was in the wrong hole, so when a tech running diagnostics cycled the gear to clear an error code it actually retracted. One of the two technicians knew where to put the pin. But that tech was too short to reach without steps, so asked their taller colleague to do it. And it went wrong.
