Nope. It's a heavily modified Airbus A319.

In which case, that would likely make it either an EP-9 or, perhaps, an E-12.  I rather like the idea of an EP-9 with a matching P-9 MPA aircraft.

A bit of trimming of Welsh Models 1/72 A320 will give you a A319:
