A black project should be something you never expect and have no idea what it is when you first find out about it. In that frame of mind here is a teaser image to start things for Project Black Beard:

Time for a second tease and yes this project has nothing to do with the Blackburn Buccaneer (or CAC Bushranger). Apart from an attempt to fool any satellite imagery that catches it out on the bitumen tarmac.

Looks like I'm going to be claiming residency on the international date line to get this finished by midnight tonight...

Layout, back story, etc are done. Just need to get the paint job, corner shine, etc of a good exterior.

So what is it? Well what do you get by crossing a Northrop TACIT BLUE with a Vickers Type 582 so it can carry an Avro W.170B...
