Post by: TimJ on August 10, 2017, 05:24:12 PM: I started off by painting the wheels and brake discs, after which the suspension and wheel arches were fitted to the floor and painted matt black.

The interior parts were painted as per the instructions except for the roll cage which was painted orange.

Post by: TimJ on August 22, 2017, 11:15:22 PM: Thanks Brian. I repainted the seat black as I thought the red clashed with the orange. When that and the rest of the detail painting was done the interior was assembled.

The decals went on well. The minor sponsors decals are from an Airfix 1/32 Mini Countryman WRC and the numbers from a 1/72 F-86.

Still a few things left to do but it'll be finished by the weekend if not sooner.
