It looks like I've caught Mitchell fever and it's a B-25-palooza around here:

Stay tuned,

Holy raised panel lines Batman!!! Can't wait to see what you come up with man :)
-
^ That sums it up rather nicely! ;D
Triple-fuselage triplane? Tandem wings? Push/pull engine nacelles? The possibilities are endless... :icon_surprised:
-
B-25 Centipede? :)
-
Been looking at picture and contemplating. Not coming up with anything..........
Of course Brian has those rare exclusive aviation history books for reference. No doubt will find something not yet modeled.

I have the Monogram 1/48th B-25 on the shelf with no idea what to do with it. Of course I could build it OOB. :icon_crap:
-
Are you building in/them in 1/144? I can see adding third engine in the nose.
-
Four engine, long fuselage, long bomb bay, dual top turrets and a ball turret (maybe B-29/A-26 style) high altitude bomber prototype?
-
How many spats can you mount on a B-25? ;D

Overall gloss sea blue with folding wings and arrestor hook. Arm it with any combination of rockets, bombs, torpedos, or mines and put it in markings for a former VT squadron.

Progress has been very slow due to work being just out of hand lately. However, I did get something done on these projects as you can see in the following pics:

More to follow eventually. I'm almost ready to send these babies off to the paint shop!

Yes,,, a kitbashing visionary.
We gotta borrow off Brian's ideas-visions.
To quote FAAMAN - "Weird but cool 8) 8) ;)"

Is it just me or are some of those engines on backwards? Is that a hint of things to come?
-
Keep in mind that you are viewing these from opposite side of equator from where pictures were taken.
Transequatorial distortions sometimes affect viewing perceptions.
-
I like the 3 of them... :-*
Are they 1/144? (I don't know the size of coins in your country, sorry...) ;)
-
Some great concepts. Look forward to more of this.

Tophe they're 1/144 scale, the old Crown moulds from 1973 also used by Revell, Academy/Minicraft and then soley Minicraft.
-
Yeah Buddy! :) I sure like where this all headed . . . . looking forward to seeing more. And don't you hate it when work interferes with modeling? >:( Rock on!
Best regards,
Kem
