Merger of Battleship Washington with an Arleigh Burke superstructure, no AEGIS though.

I do like it, makes you wonder what the US could have achieved with the Iowas with a complete rebuild, not as extreme as the Albanys but retaining the 16" triples and replacing the superstructure.

Washington class, overshadowed by Iowa class and mostly ignored by modelers & public.
Good build of a plausible modernization.  I like it :)

Armament mix & layout make sense to me.  Down to 20-25mm on main deck :)
In 60s Renwal made nice 1/500ish kit of Washington.  Never did buy one though was impressed with a friend's build.
