F-15 in Vietnam - inspired by a ChernayaAkula profile
« on: December 09, 2016, 09:43:51 AM »
I stumbled upon this a couple of weeks back:
Can't get round to profiling new stuff, so here's a load of the older stuff (which many of you may have seen before).
(..)
Since then, it's mostly been F-15 Eagle profiles for me.
Starting with a couple of SEA-camoed Eagles for use over Vietnam. Either the type was rushed into service or it was developed a little earlier.

I just had to do one of my own! Academy 1/144 Eagle with F-111 and kit decals.

Nice work, Moritz, and thank you for sharing your work.

Refreshing change from air superiority blue to shades of gray for F-15.  Looks fine.

Very nice, I bet Robin Olds would have just loved one of these.
The camo really suites it, keep producing whatifs Moritz, I think you have a feel for it.

If it's great, I did it. If it's naff, I found it.

That's really hot, Zac!

The tinted canopy and SEA camo is a treat but for me, the real bonus is the "hand of God" shots!

Most excellent, Old Bean!
