That looks so right!
Clearly one of those "should have been" builds!

This is an "only-if" build, not a "what-if".   :)

Very nice!

I read of a study years ago that compared as regular air group (Sea Vixen, Buccaneer, Gannet AEW, Sea king/ Wessex), to a proposed Phantom wing and a homogenous Skyhawk wing for HMS Hermes and the Skyhawk wing came out miles ahead in terms of versatility and capability.  Realistically both Hermes and Victorious, likely Centaur as well could have flown Skyhawks from the 60s, into the 70s and possibly the 80s, supplementing, then replacing them with Sea Jaguars from the late 70s.

The Skyhawk study and not even looking at Jaguar seems to suggest that neither the carrier proponents or oponents were interested in workable light carrier solutions, it was all or nothing, CVA-01 and Phantom or no strike power at all and an ASW centric RN.

p.s.  love the double extended nose gear!

What scale is it, very hard to pick.

Beautiful and you've adapted pertinent features of the Jaguar-M beautifully.

Mounting those missiles on top of the wing really makes this one look wicked!

Well done!

This is the Hobby Boss model 1/72 with  parts Italeri GR3. I was inspired by the French Jaguar M, the front of F4K

Slight nitpick (and not meant to be a negative criticism of this excellent model) - I would expect the RN Sea Jag would have Sidewinders or even ASRAAM instead of Matra Magic missiles.

Perhaps rented to conduct some weapons trials on those pylons for other countries?

8)  Great idea, if only that Sandys bloke had been a cook instead.
As for the Magic missiles, why not, the french would have been a potential buyer at the time, and very likely a
partner in the build.
