Hi guys
Now that the Moon was conquered in the last episode, it is time to establish a more permanent place in orbit.
A platform to allow scientists to conduct the most diverse scientific experiments.
My own version of a "Lab in the Sky" (eat your heart out NASA! :) )
So let's begin...almost 10 years ago, when I did this with a Trumpeter kit:
Now is recycling time!
Putting all the pieces together and joining some more bits from the spare box, I got this:
The scale is 1/200 and I will add later a couple of figures in some EVA activities.
Thanks for watching!

That is a very convincing model Antonio! Definitely looks like a real space craft with all of the extra bits you have added on.

Another amazing project.
I can't even find the motivation to sit at the bench, and this isn't helping. (Kidding, it's actually really inspiring!) Maybe after work tonight?
I look forward to updates on this one.

Hi guys
Thanks for the nice words, and sorry for being absent so long
But fortunately I managed to finish this one.
Just some colour highlights to brighten up the craft :)
The costumary money shots...
And last, but not least, the space setup...
Thanks for watching!
Cheers!

I especially like how the little bits of color draws my eye in.
