That version of the R2Y2 is the only one that makes sense to me. The drawings of one with fuselage-mounted engines and an intake replacing the prop just wouldn't work with the turbojet engines of that era, the intake losses would be extreme. Now, I have schemed a R2Y3 with fuselage mounted engines with wingroot intakes and swept wings (something of a Me P.1100-II crossed with a R2Y2 look).
Still, what you've got here is gorgeous.
