Maybe I don't know and there is 1:48 or 1:35 Mi-28? I found only Dragon and Zvezda's Mi-28 in 1:72. There is any chance for bigger Havoc?

None that I am aware of - jut a bunch of 1/72 ones. I wish there was a 1/48 one.

I'd like an Mi-8 in 1/48 to complete my RCAF Helicopter collection.
While there is no M-28 in 1/48, there is a Ka-52 which might whet your appetite?
-
There is a rare Russian(?) kit of the mi-8 out in 1/48. Can't remember the manufacturer at the moment though. There is also a 1/50 kit.

Not Ka-52 but Ka-50 by Italeri in 1:48 :)

This Russian Mi-8 in 1:48 is resin. 1:50 Mi-8 is made by Krugozor or something.

According to the 'book', Yunyj Tyechinik issued the 1/50 Mi-8 kit (which used to be MZMPI). Krugozor (or MFDI) took over the kit production. Then there is a Russian company called Navigator who did a 1/48 resin Mi-8. And then Cutting Edge did a 1/48 Mi-8/Mi-17 in resin too. A French company called Mee did a 1/50 Mi-8 which was reboxed by DFI and MIR

It was the Navigator Mi-8 that I was thinking of.
I also have a copy of the DFI Mi-8
