What a wonderful kit !!  I'm going to use it to detail my Encore kit of this beautiful aircraft.  One thing you didn't mention is who made this kit ?   I've got some excellent decals with my kit if you are intrested I can give you some. My kit came with extra decals if you didn't want to do the options listed. HMU if your interested in what I have.
I may be old but I'm not dead ... yet anyway ... !!!    And NO I did not know Richard III !!!!!!

Another model where I was not aware of kit or airplane.  More must be out there.
Appreciate your documentation and like Lili.

The kit is by Icaerodesign, listed in the thread subject line.

Is it just me or does Lili become more fetching with each new build?

Looks like a great kit, Chuk and it's going to be a lot of fun following along as you put it together!

Thank you, my friends!  I've been on the road, but I'm back (made it through those storms in Illinois!)  and will have more up this weekend.  The cockpit detail is great, but I'm wiring the whole thing- and adding a few tiny assemblies here and there.

Cheers!

I'd guess cockpit instrument wiring &, possibly, cabling &, given what I've seen of Chuk's work, once he's finished you wont be able to tell the difference between (B&W) photo's of his cockpit & the real thing.

The Wombat knows, altough he is too kind to a scribbler like me!  Take a look at the kits parts and you'll see that all the little cockpit accessories are there, but not connected.  I'm following the excellent drawings in Radu's book to add the electrical and tbing connectors.  The circuit breaker panel needed a real bundle- I'll post pics Sunday eveing.

Again- my thanks to all!!

If you're a scribbler, then I'm still chewing on the crayons rather than putting them to paper! ;)

My warmest thanks, guys!   The next focus will be on the seat and floor- several details to be added there.  This aircraft was a product of the "stick it wherever it fits" design school.  As new features were invented, they got jammed in somewhere the pilot could reach 'em!   One choice looming before me:  do I rebuild the kit PE instrument panel?  It's not correct- but would look fine as is.  I'm leaning toward fabricating a new one- we'll see.

Cheers!
