British Mechanised Gun Carrier
« on: August 31, 2014, 07:10:14 PM »
Here's a British Gun Carrier scratchbuilt in 1/72 scale I whipped up yesterday and today. The base vehicle was printed up on an UP3D and embellished accordingly with plasticard, the tail wheel off an Airfix Mk1 tank and the cannon formed using plasticard around the block of a 5" gun from the Airfix Matador kit found languishing in the spares box.

Very nice Les, lovely rendition of that ungainly beast.  :)

Exceptionally well done, Les! I don't think I've ever seen rust done better and I really like that old Brigadier with the mustache standing off to the side.
