The Lotus 99T is the Tamiya kit - and a 99T would place this in 1987.
The female is from the Tamiya Pit Crew kit, while the other figures (excluding driver) are the Tamiya Tire Changing Pit Crew.
In the scenario shown, the practice is for the car to stop, the crews to remove the tire/wheel from the the axle, then replace and retighten it, all against the stopwatch.
The kit claims it is normal to complete the change of all four tires in around 10 seconds.
Nowdays the crews do it in under 3!!!!!
