New vendor topic.

GRand Models is a new manufacturer of aircraft model kits, based in Tripoli, Greece.

Nice, I used to see the RCAF ones at YYC quite regularly, will have to get one as I'm whiffing the Aeroclub kit I have.

It would be interesting to see if it might be the old Aeroclub kit though, or a new tool.

That's definitely a temptation to add to the collection of aircraft I've worked on.

I love the sound of a Winjeel II. Brilliant!

There was a suggestion to name the GAF proposal that lost out to the PC-9 the "Wombat" and it lasted until the project manager became aware that WOMBAT was an internal engineering acronym for Waste Of Money, Brains And Talent.

I hope its a new tool! I have a 72nd one kicking around that looks like it was carved from a bar of soap with a dull spoon.

Any idea if there are 'sprue' shots kicking about and /or where to buy?
