I think that's Baron Fel of the 181st, one of the more interesting characters from the Expanded Universe. Basically like the Empire's von Richthofen or Galland.

Considering the number of tricked up German firearms used as props for the first three (or was that the second three  :-\) movies, tricked up Luftwaffe and allied types may not be out of place.

I see the Chinese writers weren't afraid to cadge material from other sources. That Star Destroyer ('scuse me, "transuniversal carrier ship") is obviously the Space Cruiser Yamato.
