May I  request a RNZAF Lancaster? Glossy Sea Blue on top and Insignia White underneath. Some of the their PBY's were painted this way.

Of course, for a slightly different scenario for Japanese Lancasters, you could say that Japan was on the Allies side in WWII against Germany - after all they were in WWI.
