Another profile finished today,I was clearly inspired by Greg sugetions.
So,here it is :

Very nice! :))

Sweet!!! The MB.5 at the Reno Air races would have been a sight to see.
-
Wow, much muscle in that racer/advertisement! ;)
-
Oh yeah!!! :)

Indeed! Love the MB.5 :-*

Lovely job! That's something that should be in plastic. Revell do a bunch of Red Bull-marked warbird kits so decals aren't an issue...

A guy based at Reno was building a 1:1 replica some years ago, although it was largely Mustang-based so some didn't feel it was a terribly authentic project.

That would be this one:

That's the one! IMO it's better than nothing, but I've no idea what its current status is. Last heard of, I think, around 2005.

Legend! Thanks Greg.

I was following that guy's build some years ago with interest (as the MB5 is one of my absolute favorite aircraft), he started off building the fuselage 1:1, but then I saw he was going to use a Mustang wing and got disillusioned with it. An MB5 is about 1 1/2 times bigger than any P-51 and the wing he used just looks really odd on his MB5.
When building my model of the MB5 I found that the wing is very close in size to a Grumman Hellcat wing, that is from the wing fold joint to the wingtip though. Even the flaps and ailerons are almost bang on for size and placement. Tailwheel assembly is very similar to the Grumman tailwheel design and the main gear are more like P-47 legs (they retract behind the wing spar too just like the MB5) but without the mechanical leg length shortening device. Wheels are Tempest size, or Sea Fury.

:) The profile is very good, congratulations, but I fear I cannot clap my hands or I would be sent to jail (as a swastika means Evil here)... :(

Somewhat different from the real Bf-208 (Nord 1100 Noralpha):
