Broussard ... or maybe just a twin-tailled
Beaver? The original design came from some kind of wargame although this seems to be a civilian floatplane ("developed from the 'Mallard'" - presumably another what-if Can Car design?).
For the record,
huard (or
huart) is an obsolete Québécois name for a Loon (now called a
Plongeon ... or a
Richepaume in Acadia).
