The RW planned floatplane version of Br.27 was the 1929 Br.29 project. (I'm not sure why the number change, the French of the time usually just added an 'H' for
hydro to the original designation.) Do you know if the Br.29 was planned to have a cockpit canopy?
Unfortunately, the Br.29 variant is hard to research online ... 'BR 29' was also the short-form for the
escadrille n° 29 (GB II/11, 11ème EB[/i]), a bomber-recce unit flying Breguet 19s out of Metz.
