A different look, but an attractive one.  those wingtips look low enough that they could "kiss" the ground on a hard landing.  Looks to be a definite candidate for turboprops.

Oh, I like that idea.  Needs to be a shrouded prop to reduce the chance of accidents with this little beauty.
