On Saturday 10 Novemeber the Australian War Memorial opened the Commemorative Area for visitors from 6PM until 10PM.
In that 4 hours 2500 visitors entered the area.

Pictures of First World War soldiers were projected on the front facade, while a set of 6 lights shone a beam of light at Parliament House. The beam started white, slowly transitioned to crimson then back to white.

The Federation Guard mounted a guard on the Tomb of the Unknown Australian Soldier for the period. Here is the Hall of Memory and the cloisters that contain the Rolls of Honor (FWW to the left, SWW to the right) after dusk.
