There is no exact translation for twin boom but you were pretty close to an approximate expression,so, grinda dubla sounds good...however,twin boom it's more suitable in my opinion.

I'm going to suggest they would be the same engines as conceived for the Messerschmitt Me P.1070:
I understand these would have been BMW P.3302 turbojet engines.

Have you tried a BMW801 powered IAR81 or a floatplane ( or ski equiped) version?

Actually...yes,IAR-81 BMW a few years ago and floatplane version finished few minutes ago.....
