A company in the US that will soon (hopefully) have some interesting subjects.

The owner, Claes Wahlund, has informed me that the 1/48 SAAB SK60/105 will hopefully be finished and available this summer (northern Hemisphere). More importantly though, he also advised me that they have a 1/48 SAAB J-21within the next few months! Here is a screenshot of the CAD file:

That J-21 has all sorts of COIN possibilities, doesn't it?
I looked their site over, are the kits resin or plastic?
-
I get the impression they'll be plastic - and I know somebody who will be thrilled by the J-21.
-
Not sure - try contacting them.
I want both kits...and then some!
Basically a SK60A as a trainer...a SK60C as a light attacker ...and the J-21
-
A J-21R surely can't be far behind then.

A J-21R surely can't be far behind then.
Maybe…it may also come from the direction of Tarangus who have advised that it is their intention to release kits of all the Saab fighters.

There are many whiff possibilities here.

Nice, I like Swedish aircraft in general, well most things Swedish to be honest (although the GM developed SAAB cars were a blight on humanity)

Nice, the SK60C is a nice looking aeroplane, I personally prefer its looks to either Hawk or Alphajet.

Those are from the New Cap City virtual world that plays an important role in the
Battlestar Galactica prequel series Caprica.
They get launched from the airship equivalent of a Battlestar.

This was posted yesterday on the Pilot-Replicas Facebook page:
"Dear all Pilot-Replicas fans. As many of you have seen our webpage is temporary down. The reason is
that I will close all direct sales due to lack of time. I run this company on my dedicted hobby time and
currently my ordinary work takes more time than ever. This means we are not close down the company,
we still continue to work on the projects we have in pipeline. Though we will try to distribute our great
models to our retailers. Hope for understanding and see you soon !!"
