Here is another Wings Wimmi concoction where he haphazardly mixes fuselages and wings with complete disregard to common sense aerodynamics and structural integrity but aims for the coolness factor.
This time it is another DML Ar-234C-3W (don't ask how many Ar 234s I have in the stash) with the wings from a Revell Ar-240C-02.
Following the success of the Ar 424A-1 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=2248.0), a shorter wing version was build. It was designed to carry two BT400 Aerial Torpedo, one under each wing. As well as a cannon pack under the fuselage and flush turrets used on the Ar 240.

And yes the clearance between the props and fuselage is probably less than 10 cm at scale.
@GTX: Now I have the long nacelles you had in your Ar 234 profile.

By imagineering standards no disregard is apparent to me.
Placed coolness and speed meters up to monitor screen and they are reading quite high 8)

This looks really good,and gives me some ideas for a turbo prop maritime patrol aircraft. The glass nose would make it useful as such, I will be watching this for sure.

You could splice two fuselages together to add some length and then put a bubble canopy on top.
A TP version would be awesome. Need to look into that.

I wonder, are you going to keep the Ar 234's landing gear? Or maybe install the 240's main landing gear "the wrong way round" (retracting forward into the nacelles)?

I will close up the Ar 234 wheel wells and use the Ar 240 main gear. Given the weight and mounting of the BT 400s on the outer part of the wing, i wanted a wider landing gear stance. I am not sure of the Ar 234 nose gear is long enough. I may need to extent it.
I will on the Do 635 (http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=379.msg4437#msg4437) mount the Me 210 main gear the "wrong way round".

I already cemented the nacelles on the wing. Ah but don't worry, I have many more Ar 234s and Ar 240s to ensure this gets done in a future build.

A few pictures before the paint shop.
Greg, I took your remote control turret idea and turned it 90 degrees. The aft section of the fuselage which held cameras now has rear gunner with two turrets. The ventral camera windows and large window/periscope mounted on the top gives him the view he needs to be effective.

Time travel leap of 37 months and here we are seeing Ar 424B1 coming into being.

@Frank3k: Yes. I have the clear window above the guns. I will build a periscope to sit on top of it. Same for bottom window.

Adding those guns on the side was truly inspired and certainly adds to that vaunted "Luft look".
