I was in a model shop today & managed to leave without buying anything :o, but, brother, was I sorely tempted to buy a Vixen & a Phantom to build one of these! :-\ ;)

I showed this to a modelling friend who's also into Cold War British jets and all he said was "Christ that'd be heavy"  ;D

Can't see it being much heavier than a standard Phantom tbh. The only real add ons are the booms  :smiley:

At Museum of Flight model show saw 1/72 Phantom and Sea Vixen side by side.   Was doing mental Phixen kit-bash.   Never would have perceived it before   :smiley:
