Even if the images posted yesterday were for the first time showing the underside of the latest H-6N bomber, these now clearly show not only the deleted bomb bay but also the semiconformal attachment for the new ballistic anti-ship missile.

So what is that pod on the trailing A-4? It appears to be an emptied rocket pod on first glance.

Electronics pod. Big hole on front is the shroud surrounding the wind driven generator that provides power to the pod. Recognized the pod from other images seen previously but do not recall the correct nomenclature/designation for that pod.

Ah, okay; I think I've seen them on other aircraft, too, including various Learjets used as EW attack simulators (JASDF U-36s come to mind as well as some operated by SAAB).

There is a trend going on right now, "Tetris Challenge", where military, police, emergency and other units are "Knolling" their equipment

Knolling is the process of arranging different objects so that they are at 90 degree angles from each other, then photographing them from above. Knolling creates a look that is very symmetrical and pleasing to the eye, and it also allows people to see many objects at once in a single photograph.

If they were going for a toy-like look, the Malaysians nailed it with their Hornet. The weathering is way over the top to be an actual aircraft.
