The Yak-28 needs Khemed markings.   It simply does.

I have three versions planned for Bobcat's new kits:

I was thinking a NATO-ized version, with the R11's replaced by ATAR 9K50's or J79s and fitted with western avionics and weapons.

Maybe an updated Indian version with a mix of French and Israeli equipment in addition to the original Soviet/Russian.

Although it never could have happened, one on a ZELL type launcher in Swedist wraparound splinter would look amazing.  Especially if it was mounted on a tank with two boosters in the fashion of the Space Shuttle.

Two boosters and one yuge drop tank on the centerline?  I could see that as a possibility; getting the nozzle cant and clock right on the boosters, so that the thrust vector is through the combined CG could be a bit of a challenge, though (yes, I'm speaking from experience with a two-booster launch configuration).

Alvis will no doubt do the FUBAR variant.  ;D

Engines flipped along their entrline to mount above wings,
slightly V-ed bottom for water in combination with hydroski.
Basically making it similar to some of the Nikitin RSR related
projects.

hydroski: pronounced high-DRO'-skee.   The last name of famed GreccoRuss aqualogist and engineer Alexandr Hydroski.
