LF: 48th scale LAU-138 BOL Countermeasures Pods
« on: December 21, 2012, 10:43:19 AM »
Admin, please move if appropriate.

I know Steel Beach and Wolfpack both make LAU-138 BOL countermeasure dispensers (which are based on the LAU-7 rail), but does anybody make an ALE-52 BOL (mounts on LAU-125/126/127/128) other than the discontinued Dr Pepper Resins part?

Which is one for the suggestion box... maybe we need to start a parts database, keyed by fullsize component so we can see what all options exist for specific systems? I can prototype it on Google Docs...

Yes, good idea!  I only have a vague idea of what this thing looks like...

I'm thinking have a spreadsheet with one column for designation, one for application and function, and then one for each scale with all MFR's producing it in that scale listed.

Example:
[LAU-128] [AMRAAM/IR AAM launchers, late F-15 Stn's 2AB/8AB] [1/48: Wolfpack, Shull24] [...]
with each MFR's listing being a link to their page on the part or their catalog, where available.
