It's hard to match colors on the screen, but FS35622 looks like a closer match than FS35414 which looks a little dark.

For a one color scheme it does look good.
Trying to match a color from a photo and appearing on a computer screen is super difficult. Here's another pic and I'd say it looks quite different.
I suggest researching the Indian Air Force and see if you can find something specific.

I'm using the tail flash as the reference point. I think in the flying Jaguar picture the bright white cloud background fooled the camera and it used a larger f stop.
I also found this quote: The IAF has now adopted a standard overall light gray color scheme for all Jaguars, similar to that adopted by the RAF.
Unless I buy a book (not really interested) I think I will defer to the lighter grey FS35622 (Duck Egg Blue on MM paints). The Hawk appears to have a purer grey.
