Although I must confess I have multiple copies of some books that was due to Amazons overreaction to me letting them know the one book out of the several I had ordered that they said they couldn't get and had refunded me for had actually arrived. No matter how hard I tried to explain to them and repay the refunded repayment they didn't quite get it and ended up sending an extra copy of everything in my order and refunding the entire order, the one book that was refunded originally being refunded again!
