Thatz a concept.  Sure Russians would have access to some P-51s by 1946 to copy its great wings.  Mig-14 as a precursor to Mig-15.
Built bright green plastic Aurora "Mig-19" back in the day.

A straight, laminar flow wing & tail feathers on a MiG is one heckuva concept!

Yes, I'm still around and even found some modeling time the last few days. For those who recognized the Mustang wings, you are correct. However, they are not the same scale as the Mig. They are from a snap together toy that is about 20% larger than 1/72. But they fit the Mig fuselage perfectly.


Here is the Mig as of today. Major assembly finished and first layer of putty in place and ready to start sanding.
