Uh? Is this a complete invention from nowhere? or simply a derivative of some existing one? I clap my hands anyway...

A double dose of the clap? :icon_surprised: Whatever has Steve  done to deserve that? ???

A heartfelt round of cheering is much more appropriate, I would have thought!

Well that is COOL!

The lower hull reminds me of a hovercraft skirt - is this a drone hovercraft?  :-*

With what appear to be three large air intakes on the front, I figured it was a hovercraft.  Could be a nasty addition to shallow water military operations.

Yes, its a hovercraft. Now I need to decide if its a harbor patrol, i.e. NYPD, or a heavy recon vehicle.  Blue or camo ?? :-\

I'd go for the blue (more likely, blue and white) as harbor patrol.  I can think of some scenarios where it would be totally appropriate.

Coast Guard? ???

Perhaps a more militarized Coast Guard after terrorist (or other enemy) attacks on harbor and port facilities?  Alternatively, in a naval role as a means of keeping terrorists and such like out of key naval bases.

USV Update – Just needs paint, leaning towards NYPD harbor patrol. If I can do the "NYPD" letters  :o

I like the design and execution, and I think an NYPD scheme would be terrific. ( I could see it as Harbor and river patrol in ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK...)

I think this lends itself to bright colours, so NYPD would be ideal. I've got some serious competition  here, cracking build.

Looking very good and convincing now that you have given it a good coat of paint.  Your use of spare parts is excellent.
