BALTIMORE,Feb.6--LAST VOYAGE--
The battleship Kentucky, whose keel was laid in 1942 but never was completed, is towed up Chesapeake Bay toward a Baltimore scrap yard today, where it will be junked.
Construction cost $55,000,000 before work on the ship was stopped with the end of World War II. The hull remained in the Norfolk, Va., area until it was sold last year to the Boston Metals Co. of Baltimore for $1,176,666.
