While at garage stash looked at salvaged built kinda ruff 1/72 B-36 fuselage.  Sizing things up found if sliced fuselage just in front & behind of wing mount enlargements shortening fuselage, that 1/48 B-58 wings attached mid-height otta work.  Full length fuselage is big for size of B-58 wings.  When shortened it looks more appropriate.  Could use B-58 tailfin and find donor horizontal stabilizers.  Maybe figure out a pointy nose something like B-60 or leave as is.

Finished build can be B-94.    36 + 58 = 94

Hi folks,

A place for your Hawker Hunter Ideas and Inspiration.

To begin with, here is my take on a tandem seating Hunter trainer:

Regards,

Greg

When I first saw those two blade antenna under the fuselage, I'd thought you'd included a couple of recessed Sparrow I AAM's, coupled with the WSO in the rear cockpit😯

I've always like the idea of the USAAF utilising it's new and advanced A-26 as the basis of the first jet-powered attack bomber, by replacing its piston engines with two of the new and promising Nene turbojet. In a sense, such a straight forward swapping of engine types giving the USAAF a design not to unlike the IL-28 Beagle of sorts...
