What Santa Flew, 1942
« on: December 28, 2017, 01:48:20 AM »
Every year on ARC I build some kind of vehicle Santa might have used. This  year, I go started late: Dec 23, 8 PM. Still, got it done by Dec 25th, 11 PM.

the Grumman XF5F Skyrocket. Fast, maneuverable, and the small bomb bays in the wings were perfect for carrying presents.

BTW, any idea how to post images now that PB is useless?

Depends upon which hosting service you use.  If all else fails, often just using the [ img ] function and the URL of the image works which is what I did here:

Great build BTW.
All hail the God of Frustration!!!

You can't outrun Death forever.
But you can make the Bastard work for it.

Way to show up us --  naw, don't think that will work types.
Is spot on for Santa's mission.  Paint & markings are as they should/would be.

If I don't plan it, it can't go wrong!

If it's great, I did it. If it's naff, I found it.

That's a question the Reindeer Union asks every time Santa rolls out another airplane. Several of them have gone down due to "fuel contamination", which just may have been reindeer pee. Maybe.
