Tropico F-104s?  Like the country from the game Tropico?

Given it's history, it seems only right and proper for Nambia to be flying versions of German fighters.

I think so Logan. It was something I did on the other 'what if' site back in '06 so my memory of it is not too great! :D

Love the US Marines version.  :-*
Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Great Salamander schemes! I especially liked the African versions ... Burkina Faso and Namibia ones in particular.

I love those Japanese Salamander schemes (Ki-162, anyone?) and definitely want to do at least one in service along side a J7W2.  The Marine one looks like something that might fly if the US authorities used local aircraft for defense if the Cold War had heated up sooner and something was needed to defend from Soviet aircraft flying out of the Kuril islands.

I love the look of them, but I would hate to be an aircraft painter in any air force that you were in charge of.

Thanks,

Logan

 :) I really want to build that Flanker one day. Imagine it at a big model competition in 32nd scale sat there, moderately weathered in all its pink glory in amongst a heap of grey jets! It would drive the purists nuts! Any woman visiting would love it! Bound to cause a fuss. It must be done! 8)

Your stuff is always like a top-quality smorgasbord with too many temptations to choose a favorite. But that Aussie Aggressor is definitely up there!
