Perhaps a diorama of just the upper portion above the waves?  That would be a lot easier to scratch build.

There were versions with a partially and fully enclosed glazed canopy as well - I'm sure Miniart will release them if not included in the first release.

The fully enclosed cockpit V2 and V3 types would require a completely different fuselage.

The V12 originally had a glazed lower fwd fuselage, the panels were removed at a later date.



The US captured and tested the V23 which had a partially fabric faired cockpit area, note the
difference in the horizontal tail when compared to the V21 represented in the MiniArt kit.
