Wow - great build! He has a couple of other post-apocalyptic builds:

That 3D printer he is using is wicked, has anybody here used one of those?

@Kerick - that Zombie Apocalypse Fire Truck conversion of yours is splendid!
I've putzed with tracked vehicle concepts, but the real things are so high maintenance
in comparison to wheeled-vehicles, plus they're slow and aren't suited to long distance
travel, that I've pretty much shelved them, except for maybe remnants of military/govt.
forces who have access to spares, or an organized group who took over such facilities
and have people who can do the work.
Wheeled vehicles make more sense for the average survivor scenario.
* Fun fact - the Yugoslavians kept their M36 Tank Destroyers running with T55 engine packs, long after the Ford GAAs gave up the ghost.
Engines would be the easy part with tracked vehicles, it’s the gearboxes, final drives, suspension
and track parts that’d become a maintenance issue, basically all of the motive components other
than the engine.

That gives me ideas!
Another post apocalyptic issue will be with fuel and petroleum products, like rubber. Vehicle tires will wear out, and mining old tire piles and landfills for "raw materials" will be energy intensive; tires are very dirty fuel and while they can be devucanized, it requires a bit of technology. So solid rubber composite tires or wood wheels. I can see a Tesla on oxcart wheels...
But yeah, there's a reason 3rd World Irregular types prefer Toyotas.

Sadly, for the advertising genius who came up with this poster, there are, in fact, only three Hilux's in it, the other five are Land Cruisers. :(
Must have been a journalist/reporter in a former life. ;)
Having fun in the post apocalyptic world:

Does that mean COVID-19 is the Apocalypse?

Still ... Toyota! Yeah!

Yes and no. "All of the above" are supply issues, but there's also a reason that power packs where specifically designed as time went on with quick disconnects (because of their finite life spans).
There's actually maintenance matrixes that predict how long subcomponents are supposed to last, by mileage and hours. BTDT.

Seeing as it's a fake advertisement ...
;D
It's probably a Dutch oven kink suit.
Yeah, all well and good in a set situation with a supported logistics supply chain, but that isn't very
likely to be the reality in a post-Apocalyptic scenario.
;)
Despite all the Joseph Campbell influences, most of Star Wars' imagery seems pretty dystopic to me. And people either love or hate SF3D and/or Maschinen Krieger ZbV 3000 concepts.
I'm in the former category. So, I bring you a pair of Ma.K.-themed Stormtrooper figures by Kunho Noh.

I’ve always wondered why SW didn’t have armored suits for one side or another.
SF3D/MK modelling has been sliding into borderline hentai over the last few years,
and it seems that the only suit “pilots” are “hot chicks”, usually in various states
of undress.
???
It’s gettin’ weird.

It would have been difficult to pull off well in the original films, especially the first,
and would have added a huge workload for the stop-motion crew.

But smack on marketing to the current target demographic. ;)
Middle-aged incels? ???
These days I think it would be equally hard for the Australian indigenous to survive. The notion that they are still able to rely on the 'skills' of their ancestors is a fantasy.
Just what you need for dealing with zombies...

The other is dystopic architectural vision is a real project - Top Tower in central Prague. CNN described the proposed 135 m Top Tower as "a planned project that looks like an oil tanker crashed into a office block". That crashed oil tanker would be a 'rusted', skeletal outline acting rather like a flying buttress (perhaps explaining relatively quick construction time?). The oil tanker's framework also supports sections of 'living wall'.
Construction of Top Tower was schedule to begin this year (for completion in 2024) but I'm not sure if the project was ever approved.

"Forgotten Futures"-tumblr, an "Archive of Diesel Punk, Atom Punk, Retro Future, Pulp and Weird War". Well worth checking out for some interesting imagery (a lot of which would've also been fitting for the 1920s/30s GB).

Picked up a Bobba Fett kit from Bandai from all places a Meijer big box store. We'll see what happens.........

Now I know where some of those B movie designs came from!

So there's already a pre-Apocalypse one running in Florida
