No backstory on this. Paid $5 for the Frog kit at a show and wanted to do it Canadian but couldn't come up with markings until I found I had the old Superscale sheet for the Black Knight EF-101B Voodoo. I did replace the wing mounted pitots with metal tubing thinking the plastic bits wouldn't last long moving it around. White metal Mk.5 seats and bingo bango, it's done. Enjoy!

I'll be the first to say the Black Knights enjoyed flying the Javelin as an ECM platform.
What paints / technique did you use to get the nice black finish?

Both Tamiya. Black rattle bomb and semi gloss airbrushed. Nice and simple!

Nice work Brad! Your Javelin is quite the impressive beast in that all black scheme. :)

Top job Brad!
I have two of these...well, one Novo and one Modelcraft.... and man is it a heavy kit! Seriously solid bits.
