Red Roo and Hawkeye Models 1/72nd scale Douglas C-47 Dakota A.N.A.R.E. Conversion Set and Decals.

While it says that this conversion is for the Italeri and Airfix kits, I see no reason to exclude the older and just as nice ESCI C-47 kit which was released with some very nice skis and RATO bottles in an R4D version with U.S. Navy markings.

At first I thought this kit was a bit pricey for an aircraft of this size in 1/48, but man oh man does that kit look pretty. Bravo Red Roo and Special Hobby, and thanks to Brett Green for a very informative review.

Pretty.
