Suzuki Overload
« on: August 28, 2021, 06:43:51 PM »
I did something like this over 10 years ago. I figured I can do again, but better. If it is better, I don’t know. but it is definitely better than the first one I did. The scale is 1/24 HC22 Suzuki Jimny JA11-5. The kit is by Hasegawa. The window shield was replaced with a protective glass, used for cellphones. I cracked it with sharp hobby knife. The rear and rear side windows were replaced with thin plywood bought at a hobby store. The roof rack was scratch built. Everything else is a collection of parts from my junk box, like cloth materials, plastic wraps, old rubber pieces etc.

Love it!

This should be in the Post Apocalyptic GB!

Yep.
It might be reality in some parts of the world but in Post Apocalyptic it would be more practical than some monsters that have been proposed.

tiking,
would you like this to be included in the Post Apocalyptic Group Build?
'Buzzbomb' says that he can move the thread there if you like: http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9896.0

You should probably post a link and a couple of photos in the Completed Builds thread.

WIP is not necessary. Just something at http://beyondthesprues.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9938.0
