I love heavies like this Super T-10M. Equipped with 20mm cuppola turret and a pair of heavy machine guns to deal with prowling enemy infantry.

What about a T-10M still in service but fitted with ERA?

Have thought about a (license-built?) KV-1used by the Western Allies. Idea stems from a model of a T-34 in British service as a "Cruiser tank Mk.XYZ" (can't remember the exact designation used) in North Africa that looked very good.

What if the saga of soviet heavy tanks continued during '60s and '70s?

Here you can see first two members of LB(1) series along with T-10M (RW).

LB-1 armed with a 125mm gun, is here parading in Red Square, Moscow.
LB-2 is armed with a 130mm gun.

Italeri IS-2 hull and a resin (early) T62 turret.

Needs some sort of mating-spacer between the lower and upper turret races. The turret overhang would block access to the engine grills, no matter which way the gun tube was oriented.

Italeri IS-2 hull and an ESCI (I think) T55 turret.

If I had to put antiques back onto a 21st century 4G battlefield, the 55 option makes more sense to me from many angles; engine access is doable, T55 turret race is close-enough to a JSII's, 100mm ammo seems more available than 115mm, T55 is AK47 stupid-simple.
