The Vehicle on the left is Italeri Commando HUM-V, on the right is the Academy M-988 Cargo/Troop Carrier

The building is the Miniart Sections of Brick Building, the figures loading the M-988 are from the Trumpeter Modern US Logistics Supply Team, the stocks from several sources including the Meng Equipment for Modern US Military Vehicles and the signs are from the 4FX Iraqi Road Signs set 2.  The two soldiers at the Commando HUM-V are very old Tamiya figures, and the camo patterns for those two are after market set.

Enjoy

All looks good; those Miniart buildings aren't the easiest to put together and they came out nicely.
