In instructions sheet of a MRC model I found a reference to a 1/35 Napoleon -- French Atomic Tank.

Does anyone know about this?

I'm seeing...

M103 turret
Three .50 M85 cupolas (turret roof, right and left front?)
two spliced M48/M47 hulls
scratch built reactor deck

Maybe a Beta-build in HO (1/87th) as a proof of concept?

I believe that the French Leclerc MBT was originally termed "Napoleon" when it was proposed as a joint venture with Germany. 

A google search for "Atomic Tank" reveals the history of a particular Centurion Mk 5 https://www.reddit.com/r/Warthunder/comments/7o33th/the_story_of_a41_centurion_mk_5_no_169041_aka_the/

So this blog post elaborates on the evolution from that TV-8 (Tick Tank) into what we see that the Russians wrote about.  The Russian illustration (post #1) looks more realistic than the Concept Model (as presented by the cast of MADMEN, below).
