Hello colleagues.
Familiar modellers, forum users and subscribers of the channel, repeatedly suggested to make a video about files and needle file. I thought it was a good idea.
Time passed and - it took place.
In the first part, is considered the design of the tool, the correct holding when working, methods of processing the material, the rules of processing round workpieces, as well as work with sheet metal.

If I get the okey dokey from the Moderator, that I can use this as a basis for a build... then maybe I will be in for this GB

It used to be this, previous Whiffer build, but did not survive my last move, plus I have used the radar array elsewhere

A few ideas, Fire Tender, Arctic Tourist transport, Snow Clearing (which might be wheels to tracks  ;) ).. who knows once I get it on the bench and start.

The DML version is coming along; I haven't started on the Italeri conversion.

Top view with the front wheels tacked on. Looking at the pictures of the real vehicle, I think i made similar mods to the running gear:

Comparing it to the "naked" version of the RS 1500, I think it's pretty close. The front tires may be slightly too big:

Original has a diesel engine, mine has the older gas engine, but it's just there to hold things together. By the nagic of gluing on the cabin, it'll become a diesel engine.

The Strv 103 is a very small tank.

Indeed - see below to give some idea:

What if AUstralia had bought a version of the earlier, J65-powered, A-4s and adapted them more to Australian equipment, Avon replacing the Sapphire-based J65 and ADEN cannons replacing the 20mm Colt Cannons?  This would allow a major upgrade later, with a SLEP, to the same F404-powered version that Singapore has.

Maybe a joint development with the UK, Canada, India and New Zealand.  Maybe add in a Laser Ranging and Marked Targeting System (LRMTS) in a pod under the nose in addition to the AN/APG-53 radar.  Later on, as part of the upgrade to include the F404, also add in the AN/APG-66 radar and other Project Kahu upgrades.
