So there's 3D print models and files for this tank now
1/87th - looks nicely detailed and relatively cheap

Scale up by 114.94% to get HO scale (For 1/72, scale up by 138.89%).
This lacks some of the detail found on the other (notably, the 20mm gun*) but since it's slated to be tarped and on a flatbed car, doesn't matter.

* The 20mm from the ROCO M114A could probably work for the turret gun.
