If this were the 50s or 60s we would build both the Valor and the Defiant in case one was a flop in service. Case in point, the Skyraider and the Martin Mauler.

The wing/prop-rotor assembly folds/pivots over the fuselage much like the V-22 does for shipboard storage.

I suspect the engine is now in a boxed "firezone" compartment behind the cab while the radiator remained where it was and has an electric fan kit.

seen a few similar forward-control pick-ups. The best one for me was a conversion of a Toronado in gold paint.
