Back when i was involved in ADF Capability Development (late 90's early 00's) I seem to remember an idea floating around about using C-130's to launch Cruise Missiles by dropping them out the ramp from an internal magazine.The aircraft would then return to base, drop out the magazine, refill with Humanitarian Stores and go help the people you just bombed the shit out of........
